This site is a repository for images and text from 2011. The works are landscape paintings that deal with a fragmented and hybrid commentary on identity and location. Collage and montage inform the structure of this commentary and allow the ambient space of the land to support the diverse inscribed dialects of the dwellers. They embrace image quotes and utterances of other time and space with-in a magical realist layering of narrative in response to the diversity of these islands and cultural wrestling that jostles for a dominant discourse on place and future.

Each panel is approx 1200x1200 though some are composite works of 2,3 or more panels. Acrylic, oil, oil stick, vivid marker, pencil, soil and collage on stretched canvas.
